We have extensive experience with high value residences in places such as Rancho Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Rancho Santa Fe.  Through the years we have had the opportunity to appraise homes in most of the cities and towns in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, as well as many in other areas.  Difference in the desirability of a neighborhood within a city is an important consideration when appraising homes.

Promptness, courtesy and discretion are also important considerations when conducting and appraisal.  Delivering the report in a timely manner has always been very important to my clients.  We strive to provide excellent customer service with the appraisal sent on time.  Appraisers have a fiduciary responsibility to their clients.  Therefore, the client’s privacy is always respected.
